2bejazzy

Finally I have blog with name 2bejazzy, this name because I like jazzy music. In my opinion this kind of music including fusion, jazz rock, progressive jazz, and other music except mainstream of jazz like bossanova, swing, or new orleans style. In my country, Indonesia, we have the expert for jazz music Jack Lesmana, Ireng Maulana (who created JakJazz music festival), Idang Rasjidi, Bill Saragih, Indra Lesmana (son of Jack Lesmana), Balawan, and many more that I categorizing expert. On November 28 - 300, 2008, Jakarta be host of JakJazz 2008, one of biggest jazz music festival. The artist from outside Indonesia are The Yellowjackets, Abaham Alboriel with Open Hands Project, Daniel Sahuleka, Boi Akih, and many musicians from Malaysia and Japan. During 3 days, all jazz lovers in Indonesia could enjoy music and perfomance from the world class musician. I just came on Saturday night, because the ticket very expensive for me. I came with complimentary ticket from my nephew who work in Netherlands Embassy. In there I enjoy the Daniel Sahuleka perfomance, Bassgroove 100 (group from Malaysia), and Abraham Alboriel with Open Hands Project. Wow…..it’s fantastic….all audiences shake the body to follow the music, not like in the discotique, but very enjoy. I will keep this moment in my heart, because I don’t know when I can enjoy the music in JakJazz again.
